Esna

Egypt’s Esna is a city. It is 55 kilometers south of Luxor on the west bank of the Nile. Prior to December 9, 2009, the town was a part of the contemporary Qena Governorate; however, as of that day, it is now a part of the contemporary Luxor Governorate.
